Takazumi Easy Mix combines 70% Takazumi Gold Plus with 30% Takazumi Easy, creating a practical mix of floating and sinking food for both active and less active koi.
The floating portion allows confident surface-feeding koi to feed normally, while the sinking portion travels deeper into the pond for koi that prefer feeding below the surface or from the pond floor.
This can help split the shoal during feeding, reducing competition at the surface and giving quieter, smaller or less dominant koi greater opportunity to feed naturally.

Different Koi – Different Feeding Habits
Not every koi feeds in the same way. Some confidently compete for floating pellets at the surface, while others naturally prefer taking food deeper in the water or from the pond floor.
Easy Mix caters for both behaviours in the same feeding session, making it particularly useful in ponds containing koi of different sizes, personalities and levels of activity.

Easy Mix is particularly enjoyable to use during the warmer months when koi are active and feeding strongly. The combination of floating and sinking food encourages movement throughout the pond rather than concentrating the entire shoal at the surface.
Feeding Temperature
Takazumi Easy Mix can be fed from 4°C water temperature.
Always adjust the amount fed according to water temperature, koi activity and appetite. Feed only what your koi can comfortably consume and reduce feeding as temperatures and activity levels fall.

Shipping
At Elite Koi we understand the importance of receiving your items quickly. We shall endeavour to dispatch your items within 1 working day and same day if your order is received before 1pm. Orders are not accepted until you receive notification from us that the order has been fulfilled via e-mail. Our courier service is not guaranteed to be overnight due to some circumstances being beyond our control.
Dry Goods Shipped by Courier, 95% - 98% of all orders couriered are received the following working day however this is not guaranteed by our courier service provider, therefore Elite Koi do not and cannot guarantee Overnight service. If your item is required urgently please contact us prior to checking out.
Working days do not include Saturday's, Sunday's or Bank Holidays. i.e. if an order is placed on a Friday before 1pm, the item will be dispatched from us and collected by the courier. The item will not be delivered until the following Monday at the earliest and in some cases this could be the Tuesday.
Elite Koi do not ship any goods on Wednesday's, however if the item is needed urgently please contact prior to placing the order.

Live Fish
Live Fish £30 per box overnight courier service. Live fish require conditioning to travel and Elite Koi will contact you to book the service for a convenient time for you to receive the Koi prior to Noon Wednesday & Friday

We hope you are happy with your purchases from Elite Koi however if you have ordered the wrong item let us know for an exchange. All Dry Goods can be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase provided they have not been opened or used. Should you wish to return an item which is unopened and unused please contact us within 30 days of the sale of purchase. We will then send you our return details.
Items damaged in the post should be reported to us within 48 Hours of receipt.
