Koi Delivery UK: Costs, Booking & Collection

Buying the right koi includes planning its journey. Elite Koi offers mainland UK live-fish delivery by arrangement, with the delivery booked with you before dispatch.

What does koi delivery cost?

Our published live-fish delivery charge is £30 per box. Confirm how many boxes your order requires, your postcode and the total charge with us before finalising the delivery. The number of koi that can travel together depends on the fish and packing requirements; do not assume any quantity fits into one box.

How booking works

  1. Choose your individual koi and note its reference.
  2. Contact the team to confirm availability, postcode and collection or delivery preference.
  3. We agree a suitable delivery date before the koi travels. Our published delivery arrangements specify Wednesday and Friday arrivals before noon; confirm the current booking with us.
  4. Make sure you can receive the delivery and have a suitable prepared pond or quarantine setup.

Live fish require preparation for transport. An online order is not a promise of an unscheduled next-day arrival. Courier and weather conditions may affect the arrangements.

Collection from Grimsby

Before your koi arrives

Check the receiving setup and have your water-test results and pond temperature available if you need advice. Ask us for the handover and acclimatisation guidance appropriate to the fish and your setup. Never rush a purchase because a delivery slot is available.

If something is wrong on arrival
