Delivery, collection and overwintering
- Free mainland UK delivery is included with this bowl. No delivery code is required. Contact us before ordering for Highlands, islands, Northern Ireland or any address with restricted live-fish services. Do not assume availability to every UK postcode.
- Free collection by appointment from Elite Koi, Heritage House, Armstrong Street, Grimsby, DN31 1FQ. Please arrange a time before travelling.
- Delivery is booked with you before dispatch. Live koi require preparation for transport. A responsible person must be present to receive them. We will agree a suitable arrival date and contact you if weather, courier availability or fish welfare requires a change. Supply will be within 30 days unless a later date is agreed with you.
- Overwintering is available to discuss on request. It is subject to available space and prior written agreement. Please contact us before ordering if you need this option. Any charge, care arrangements, holding period, collection or delivery date and cancellation arrangements will be discussed and agreed in writing. Overwintering is not automatically included in the bowl price.
Bowl purchase terms
- Exact selection: your purchase is for all the koi identified as this numbered bowl and shown in its accompanying video. The price is for the complete group, including VAT. Display bowls and filming equipment are not included.
- One selection available: each bowl is a unique group with stock quantity one. Adding it to a basket or registering interest does not reserve it. We will contact you promptly if a stock discrepancy prevents fulfilment; no fish will be substituted without your agreement, and you may choose a refund if the selection cannot be supplied as agreed.
- Fixed campaign price: these bowl bundles are excluded from other product and order discount codes. Free mainland UK delivery is included automatically; no delivery code is needed.
- Review before purchase: watch the complete bowl video and contact us if you require individual measurements, sex, age or further identification before ordering. Where a broad label such as Utsuri, Doitsu koi or Ginrin koi is used, a more specific variety is not being guaranteed. Colour can vary with lighting and screens; future growth, colour development, breeding results or show performance are not guaranteed.
- Suitable receiving conditions: please have an appropriate prepared pond or quarantine system. Tell us your pond temperature and current water conditions if you would like advice before arranging movement.
- Arrival concerns and cancellations: inspect the fish promptly and contact us on 07561 804263 or info@elitekoi.co.uk if anything is wrong. Keep your order details and clear photographs or video where available. Contact us before arranging any return of live fish so safe handling can be agreed. These terms do not limit your statutory rights, including remedies for fish that are not as described or otherwise fail to meet applicable consumer standards.

Firework Spectacular: free mainland UK delivery
Free mainland UK delivery is included with all ten numbered Firework Spectacular koi bowls. No delivery code is required. Delivery is booked with you before dispatch; contact us before ordering for Highlands, islands or restricted live-fish postcodes. Collection from Grimsby is also available by appointment. Shipping
At Elite Koi we understand the importance of receiving your items quickly. We shall endeavour to dispatch your items within 1 working day and same day if your order is received before 1pm. Orders are not accepted until you receive notification from us that the order has been fulfilled via e-mail. Our courier service is not guaranteed to be overnight due to some circumstances being beyond our control.
Dry Goods Shipped by Courier, 95% - 98% of all orders couriered are received the following working day however this is not guaranteed by our courier service provider, therefore Elite Koi do not and cannot guarantee Overnight service. If your item is required urgently please contact us prior to checking out.
Working days do not include Saturday's, Sunday's or Bank Holidays. i.e. if an order is placed on a Friday before 1pm, the item will be dispatched from us and collected by the courier. The item will not be delivered until the following Monday at the earliest and in some cases this could be the Tuesday.
Elite Koi do not ship any goods on Wednesday's, however if the item is needed urgently please contact prior to placing the order.

Live Fish
Live Fish £30 per box overnight courier service. Live fish require conditioning to travel and Elite Koi will contact you to book the service for a convenient time for you to receive the Koi prior to Noon Wednesday & Friday

Returns
We hope you are happy with your purchases from Elite Koi however if you have ordered the wrong item let us know for an exchange. All Dry Goods can be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase provided they have not been opened or used. Should you wish to return an item which is unopened and unused please contact us within 30 days of the sale of purchase. We will then send you our return details.
Items damaged in the post should be reported to us within 48 Hours of receipt.
