Ochiba Shigure
Posted by Chris Jubb on
One of our personal favourites.
This Ochiba Shigure has a very large presence in the pond due to its unusual metallic fins. We believe this one has massive potential and is a very unique Koi.
The Ochiba, generally known as "Autumn Leaf fallen on the water" has the blue skin colour of a Soragoi and the bronze, brown colour of a Chagoi.
Overlaying the colours and highlighting the scales is a very strong net pattern, sometimes described as "reticulation".
