First of all please check that you are entering the code exactly as it appears (case sensitive) and that it is still in date and not expired. Secondly check the terms and conditions of your code, if the item is in a sale or certain category the discount may not be valid.

We try to despatch your order as quickly as possible, if you wish to amend your order please call us on 07561 804263 and we will try to accommodate where possible. However please note that once the order has been despatched we will no longer be able to make any changes to it.
If you are unhappy with you purchase and wish to make a return you can do so within 14 days of receipt. All items returned must be unopened, unused and in their original condition. We reserve the the right to refuse a refund if the items are unsaleable.
To return an item to us you can use a postage service of your choosing. We recommend that you get proof of postage and ensure that the goods are insured to their full value.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or not as described. Please note that items which are damaged due to normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty.
